Event: Working Life of a DVSA Vehicle Examiner

About the event

Neil Mitchell will give an introduction and some history about himself and his working life, from an apprentice HGV mechanic up to today as a DVSA Vehicle Examiner. He will outline what he does at the roadside and provide a breakdown of mechanical defects, load defects and situations encountered on all types of vehicles. Neil will have a power point presentation to accompany his talk, which will include photos and videos of his work.

Buffet & refreshments will be provided.

Open to Members and Non Members. This is a joint event with SOE/IRTE.
