Mitsubishi Motors in the UK have become the first manufacturer to successfully complete the End-Point Assessment (EPA) for the Light Vehicle Standard and have lead the way in training and educating their apprentices under the new training standards.

Mitsubishi Motors in the UK have become the first manufacturer to successfully complete the End-Point Assessment (EPA) for the Light Vehicle Standard and have lead the way in training and educating their apprentices under the new training standards.
As Corporate Director for Norton Way Motors Ltd, Richard’s experience has included all aspects of the Franchised Dealer role and has resulted in recognition for Norton Way at a number of Industry Awards including both the Automotive Management and the MotorTrader Awards and in March 2014 Norton Way was named as “Fleet Dealer of the Year” at the prestigious Fleet News Awards. In 2016 Norton Way received the MotorTrader Award for “Sales Team of the Year” for a record fourth time.
Richard Siney joined the motor industry on a graduate induction scheme in 1986. Since then he has held roles on both the manufacturer and retail sides of the business and within both private and PLC organisations. Since 1996 Richard has worked with Norton Way Motors Ltd becoming a Director of the company in 2008. (Norton Way Motors operates five car and two motorcycle franchises from eight locations; Norton Way became a Marubeni Company in 2008).

As a Fellow of the Institute of the Motor Industry (FIMI), Richard became formally involved with the Institute when appointed as a non-executive Director to IMI Awards in 2012. Richard is a Graduate of the University of Leeds (B.A. Hons. Economics and Management Studies).
