Herbert shared the IMI’s approach in achieving and maintaining the highest standards of quality in automotive training. Mrs Phutsisi showed interest to work closer with the RMI in establishing the Motheo FET College as a leading provider of automotive skills and apprentice training. She expressed the need for stakeholders to engage her on criteria; requirements of industry and equipment relevant for training learners to meet the need of industry that services clients with latest technology vehicles.”
The RMI in conjunction with the IMI wish to encourage government FET colleges to train learners to be workplace ready on the latest technology and equipment. A facility, in the central region of SA, that produces learners to meet the need of industry will be of immense value.
