Liaising with technicians

Advising customers about required repairs for their automobiles via the telephone and over emails and upselling parts and labour.

We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Service Advisor to work in a busy Dealership in the Enfield area.

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Working as part of a busy team, you will be based on Service Reception where your responsibilities will include meeting and greeting customers, dealing with any telephone enquiries and liaising with the Workshop Controller and Service Manager.

Reporting to the Fleet Manager, my client is seeking a new Fleet Administrator to ensure the smooth running of their company fleet. You will be responsible for liaising with drivers, the running of reports, booking in vehicles for servicing and assisting with general administrative duties
