KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS:

Areas of Responsibility include:

1. Ensure customer orders are taken and supplied to the correct specification.

2. Ensure that procedures are correctly carried out for the ordering of goods and their receipt.

3. Ensure that invoices/credits are properly and accurately raised for goods supplied or returned.

4. Ensure warranty claim and special claims are reconciled correctly.

5. Maintain an efficient filing and retrieval system.
