Overview

We are an independent service centre for Mercedes, BMW and Jaguar. We have been trading for 18years and are a member of the IGA. The work experience will be to shadow a technician to gain knowledge of how the industry works. A passion for the industry, and a willingness to learn.

£8.00 per hour Our Client based in Poole are looking for a Customer Contact Specialist.

This role is a mixture of telephone and administration work.

Monday - Friday 09.00-6.30pm

The duties are as follows:

Providing a high level of customer experience, contacting new and existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction is maintained.

Identifying and qualifying new clients Managing exsisting clients and booking appointments

Accurately recording all activities onto the database.
