My client are an automotive manufacturer in the Bredbury. Due to unforeseen reasons they are now looking for a Team Leader in there CNC Machine department. You will manage and plan (with a "hands on" approach) the supply of components within a production area.

Key responsibilities:

- To agree Targets with the department Manager.

- To ensure all targets are achieved and to assist the department Manager to ensure the team continually improve on delivery performance, cost and quality.
