Motor trade experience is not essential as full training will be given but a sales background would be preferred.

You will be responsible for supporting a team in order to deliver high quality work efficiently and with exceptional standards of customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for the body shop technicians, as well as 4 drivers and an administrator.
The body shop works on an average of 25 jobs a week.
