Customer Appointment Controller
Location: West London / Berkshire
Salary: £18,500 Basic - £23,600 OTE

- Calling Customers, booking in for services MOTs as well as upselling service products and schemes
Our clients, a very successful Group of Independent Bodyshops, are currently looking to appoint a Valet / Concierge Technician for their Barnsley branch.
The ideal candidate must be extremely Customer Service focussed, vibrant and a smart individual with excellent interpersonal skills to act as Front of House in meeting and greeting customers, assisting with checking in procedures, delivery and return of vehicles and in the final valeting of vehicles post repair.
Working hours are Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:30pm and Saturdays 8:00am to 12:30pm (on a rota basis).
Basic salary circa £27k-£28k Depending on experience and qualifications / Overtime / Discounted car lease scheme / Pension / Average hours holiday pay / Manufacturer training / Career Progression
