A new and exciting role has arisen for a Transaction Manager to join a very successful dealership in Kent, representing a popular VAG brand. This role is very demanding and requires an individual with strong interpersonal and negotiating skills, with a proven track record in providing exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for managing the sales consultants in relation to managing and negotiating Finance and Insurance revenues.
To receive all parts orders and ensure that they are accurately and promptly picked and dispatched.
To ensure that all company policies and procedures applicable to their area of responsibility are adhered to at all times.
Responsibilities
- Receive all parts orders, interpreting customer requirements and giving advice on any additional requirements or prices, matching orders against stock items and advising customer of any items which are not stocked or need ordering
