Experience in the following would be advantageous:

Set the machine using the correct tooling appropriate to the program

Read and interpret shop orders, including sheet metal development / customer drawings

Responsible for producing quality items to tight tolerances

Set-up and operate press brakes without assistance using bend allowances

We are looking for an experienced HGV Mechanic to work for a well respected Fleet Maintenance company, at their location in Sunderland

THE ROLE:
You will be an apprentice trained, or time served HGV Technician and have experience working with a variety of light commercial and HGV vehicles.

THE DUTIES:
* Carrying out service, maintenance and repair of a mixed fleet of vehicles.
* Diagnosing faults.
* Carrying out 6 weekly inspections.

We are looking for an experienced HGV Mechanic to work for a well respected Fleet Maintenance company, at their location in Sunderland

THE ROLE:
You will be an apprentice trained, or time served HGV Technician and have experience working with a variety of light commercial and HGV vehicles.

THE DUTIES:
* Carrying out service, maintenance and repair of a mixed fleet of vehicles.

The Job - Workshop Technician

This role includes the following duties:-

• Reporting to the Team Leader.
• Vehicle enhancements which may include the following: tow bars both 7 and 13 pin, Satellite Navigation Systems, In Car Entertainment, Category 1 Alarm Systems, Top Boxes and Roll Tops, Front and Rear Parking Aids, Sports Bars and Chrome Accessories.
• Fast line operations.
• Pre-delivery inspections.
• Quality Control.

THE ROLE:
You will be an apprentice trained, or time served HGV Technician and have experience working with a variety of light commercial and HGV vehicles.

THE DUTIES:
* Carrying out service, maintenance and repair of a mixed fleet of vehicles.
* Diagnosing faults.
* Carrying out 6 weekly inspections.

The main purpose of the role is to accurately and effectively control the flow of work through the Accident Repair Centre ensuring jobs are completed within the required timescales to the specified standards.

* Diagnosing faults.
* Carrying out 6 weekly inspections.

THE HOURS:
The hours will be a split shift of 6am - 2pm and 2pm - 10pm
