My client, an established prestige dealer based in King's Lynn, Norfolk, is looking to recruit an experienced Service Team Manager to join their team.
As a Service Team Manager you will be the point of contact for customers bringing their vehicles into the workshop. You will be there to guide them through the entire process whilst their vehicle is with you.
Your main duties will include:
* Meeting and greeting customers
* Clarifying works that need to be carried out to vehicles and keeping the customer informed
We are currently recruiting for a Class 4 and Class 7 qualified MOT tester to work in an MOT station/Service Centre in the UK based in Chelmsford, Essex.
Must have experience and be a fluid and quick Tester preferably with an existing qualification from IMI or City and Guilds. This would be an MOT Tester role primarily but would be required to help out in the Workshop when needed and no MOT's.
