During this session James Dillon will cover the process of diagnostics and give some hints and tips on how to achieve a diagnosis quicker and more accurately. He will also go over multi-meter, gas analyser, scan tool, oscilloscope and critical evaluation of gathered test data.

James Dillon is one of the country’s foremost diagnostic experts. In the motor trade since the early 1980s, James offers a wealth of practical real-world experience. His presentations are highly entertaining and combine humour, a dynamic style and his unique view on the world of fixing motor vehicles.
