Event: Volvo Cars Body Product Technology

About the event

Steve and Gary will provide a brief overview of the technology that can be found in the Volvo product line-up and the current training offer from Volvo Car UK for Body Training.

Content will include;

• Introduction and overview
• Body structures and materials used
• Some of the repair methods unique to Volvo
• Safety systems
• Bumper repair options / restrictions
• The Volvo WHIPS system (Whiplash Protection)
• Hybrid technology introduction.

The session will NOT cover any direct welding, painting or repair methods or techniques.  

So come and join us for our first lecture of 2014. The presentation starts at 19:45, but doors will open from 19:00 for our customary opportunity to network with friends and enjoy a tea or coffee.
