Our client a main Dealership in the Duxford area are looking for a Workshop Controller to join their team. You will be controlling 4 Tech & 1 Apprentice. Reporting to the Service Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of managing workshop scheduling whilst motivating technicians towards better efficiencies and quality. You will be driven, focused and possess exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to work under pressure towards daily targets.

Salary: £23,000 - £30,000

* Joining a team of 7 Technicians in a prestige dealership who see between 10-12 jobs on a daily basis.

* Bonus is achievable on a group share scheme bonus.
