Purpose & Accountabilities
To carry out assembly of machined aircraft components to customer defined specification and standard.
Specific attributes
Ability to work on riveted assembly of new parts with solid rivets using hand & air riveting tools
Visual inspection of completed products
Full knowledge and experience of using verniers and other specialist measuring tools
Experience of working to adjust sheet metal parts for assembly
Current experience of the use of air tools i.e. drills / rivet press / rivet guns
Our client is an established Mobile Tyre company and they are currently looking to recruit an experienced tyre fitter to cover the Ipswich and surrounding areas.
Duties:
Providing a professional mobile tyre service within the local region
Fitting tyres to all makes of cars inc. punctures, repairs and balancing

Working on your own
Car and van tyres only
No on-call
All work provided via control centre
