OVBERVIEW OF ROLE:
Joining a 4 person team that goes through static camera images to identify potential availability issues on the A13. This could be RTA's, breakdowns, debris on the road, police activity. The incidents then need to be logged and monitored to understand the length of time the issue took to resolve. Currently there are (Apply online only) incidents to log and investigate each month.
The Role
Is overseeing a team of technicians delivering a 24hour service for a large-scale and highly demanding client base of manufacturers, dealer groups and large fleet operators. You will coach, manage and mentor your supervisors so that the technical teams are consistently completing high quality work and hitting the SLAs required to keep the customers happy.

The scope of the plan may include every direct function and process and cover the entirety of the project life cycle.
