* Plaster boarding
* Painting and decorating
* Installing flooring
* General maintenance
* Joinery - First line maintenance of fixtures and fittings.
* Must have some knowledge of plumbing- un-blocking sinks, traps and waste pipes. Adjustment and rewashing of taps.
* Grounds maintenance
* Repair and replace general hardware
* Cleaning duties
* Carry out inspections
* Troubleshoot general problems.
