We are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of our family run client who are currently looking to appoint a customer focused Service Advisor for their Bury St Edmunds site.
The role is all about delivering excellent levels of customer service, both face-to-face and on the telephone and being a point of contact for all customers.
The success candidate will have excellent inter personnel skills, be very organised and have an excellent eye for detail. Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous however full training will be given.
