Experienced prepper / polisher / Prep Masker required for this busy vehicle preperation centre in the Grimsby area.
The successful candidate will have experience in the use of modern abrasives and the use of mechanical buffers for denibbing after the paint process.
Experience in touch ups on stone chips etc would be useful.
This is an ongoing contract position.
Various shifts available.
Prior experience in a accident repair centre or bodyshop is a must.

You must have some of the following -
- Level 3 Qualifications (City & Guilds/NVQ) in Heavy Vehicles
- Engineering Apprenticeship
- Proven commercial vehicle experience
- HGV Licence
- Be an experienced HGV Technician
MET/ Strip Fitter required for this Main Dealer Accident Repair centre based in the Skipton area.
You would be expected to carry out some or all of the following
* Mechanical component removal and replacement
* Remove and replace mechanical, trim and electrical components
* Carry out a cosmetic panel alignment
* Remove and refit radiators and cooling system checks
* Diagnose simple electrical faults

You will be required to undertake all aspects of preparation sanding, masking and filling, full re-sprays and panel work. You will need your own tools.
