Member of a team of functional safety engineers in the Electrical Department supporting the development of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) by performing functional safety lifecycle activities in compliance with ISO26262. The role includes working with the ADAS Feature/System owners and liaising with staff in Electrical, Powertrain, Hybrids, Chassis and Research and suppliers.

This includes :-
Target setting & requirements management
Planning, management & report out of all Virtual, rig & driven Testing
Results and issue management including root cause analysis and resolution

Responsible for validation of all 3rd party applications and launcher deliveries.
Create and deliver test work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
Identify and maintain test resources and assign responsibilities.
Ensure test documents (e.g. unit test specs, plans, reports) are complete, current, and appropriately stored.
