KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Generalist HR

* Support the HR Manager and Head of HR in advising and supporting managers on a range of generalist HR issues including;

* disciplinary and grievances,
* performance improvement and people management problems
* restructuring and organisational change
* Occupational Health referrals
* TUPE projects
* implementation of HR policies and procedures
