Parts Advisor required for a growing Parts department at a franchised site in Letchworth. As a well established site they offer a wide breadth of stock to local bodyshops, independent dealers and retail customers so you must have previous experience working in a parts department at either a franchised or independent site. The role will include liaising between retail, trade and workshop customers, monitoring stock levels and dealing with enquiries on the phone. You must have an excellent telephone manner and have the ability to work under pressure.
