Experienced Automotive Service/Aftersales Advisor required to join a busy and popular prestige franchised site in North East London. To be the successful candidate you MUST have previous experience in a similar role within the motor trade either at a franchised, bodyshop or independent site. You will have good communication skills and a clear telephone manner so that you are easily able to liaise between the customer and the Workshop, dealing with the invoices and taking payments. You must have great customer service skills and a full UK driving licence.

As a warranty administrator the main purpose of the role is to assist in controlling the Warranty Function and to ensure the Warranty Department performs to the required standard, the Groups warranty administration is managed accurately and in a timely manner in line with the Companys policies and procedures.
We are seeking versatile, confident and self-motivated individual who can apply themselves to a range of tasks. Having industry established experience and practical understanding of technical design and manufacturing techniques with proven project coordination proficiency. Possessing excellent organisational and communication skills and the ability to liaise within a multifunctional project team whilst also being able to work autonomously under their own initiative in order to progress assigned responsibilities.
