Job Purpose
FEA of Chassis systems

Key Responsibilities & Tasks
•Analysis Design & Optimisation of Suspension control arms, Knuckles, Links, Subframes, Engine and Transmission Brackets, Roll Bars.
•Analysis & Optimisation of NVH including Brake Squeal analysis.
•Conduct joint calculations.
•Suggest improvements and use measured vehicle data to update models

We are looking for an Electrical Package Designer to work on the design and packaging of electrical system components within a CATIA V5 environment, on a PHEV platform. The work will involve amending existing components to ensure that they can be packaged into the Engine Bay along with Brackets, Clips and channel routing to assist in the process of containing the components within the Powertrain and associated housing.
