Progress Recruitment Solutions (UK) Ltd are currently seeking to recruit an Automotive Trainee Service Advisor on behalf of our client, a Main Car Dealer in Watford, Hertfordshire.
An opportunity has become available for an experienced Vehicle Technician to enhance my clients workshop based in the London Area.
The main purpose of the role is to undertake vehicle repair work as instructed by Job Card in line with BER service schedules to the highest standard of workmanship as well as ensuring that all group policies and procedures applicable to their area of responsibility are adhered to at all times to enhance customer satisfaction.
Our client, a family run business with 9 dealerships across South East London, Kent and Surrey currently have an opening for a Service Advisor.
Your Job role:
• Booking in customers
• Handling enquiries from service customers over the phone and face to face
• Liaising with the workshop in regards to work being carried out
• Gaining authorisation for work to be carried out
• Upselling additional products
• Costing and invoicing using the Kerridge system
To support New Product / Engineering Change Requests including identifying new and innovative productive solutions for new product lines. Manage pre-volume builds and support customer activity to 90 days SOP.
Do you have an Engineering background and have proven experience in a Sales/Business Development role?
We are looking for a person who has the knowledge and experience to work alongside our existing Clients and undertake the research to build new opportunities in our target market.
