We are working on behalf of our Client, an independently owned Prestige Vehicle Specialist in Sheffield, South Yorkshire, to find and recruit a fully qualified, Senior Vehicle Technician / Mechanic to work within their busy Workshop.
A permanent position working for an established business within the NG15 area of Nottingham as a Customer Scheduler.
The role is full time Mon-Thur 7.00-16.00 and Fri 7.00-12.00. Due to facilitating 2 sites own transport is desirable.
The main emphasis of the role is to Service the needs of customers by resolving customer scheduling and requirement issues.
Ensure that Customer Orders comply with contractual agreements
To manage and control the acceptance of customer requirements
Monitor Customer Order status and progress of parts in production.
