General Sales Manager (Motor Trade - Car Dealership)
Location: Banbury, Oxfordshire
Salary: £30,000 - £35,00 Basic, Plus OTE £50k - £55k & Company Car
Hours: No Sundays to be worked

The successful candidate will need to have a proven track record in the motor industry and have the ability to motivate and lead an experienced sales team. You will be responsible for 5 Sales Executives and 1 Sales Controller.
