The Role
As the Customer Quality Engineer you'll;
* Ensure compliance to customer quality standards and requirements
* Organise and facilitate external and internal 8D's
* Complete warranty analysis
* Proactive risk reduction through FMEA reviews
Due to continued success, our client a franchised volume main dealership in the Liverpool area have the requirement for a Sales Executive to join their team.
* Prep and mask up vehicles
* Paint vehicles and vehicle parts
* Prepare paint materials and equipment
* Check colour and mix paint
* Mask up and primer repaired and new panels when required
* Carry out quality control checks on painted/repainted vehicles
Essential Competencies:
* Previous experience in Bodyshop repair and paint
* Ability to work on own initiative with minimal supervision

Role Purpose: To prepare various substrate including aluminium composite and polycarbonate for the purpose of paint spray

•To prepare composite parts using various fillers to a high standard
•Able to hand rout product (various shapes)
•Able to use various pneumatic tools (i.e. sanders, drills, routers)
