To be the successful candidate you MUST have previous experience in a similar role within the motor trade either at a franchised, bodyshop or independent site. You will have good communication skills and a clear telephone manner so that you are easily able to liaise between the customer and the Workshop, dealing with the invoices and taking payments. You must have great customer service skills and a full UK driving licence.
