* Supporting, coaching, driving and educating and selected Team across the manufacturing footprint a
* Coach and mentor site to develop and achieve objectives and deliver their projects

* Keeping up to date with any changes in legislation

* To manage the maintenance staff by employing a structured approach to preventive and predictive maintenance
