Vehicle Technicians required in Gateshead

Salary up to £10 per hour (depending on experience) + bonus

We are currently seeking a self-motivated, experienced Vehicle Technician/ Mechanic to work within our client's busy workshop in Gateshead.

We are looking for Service & Diagnostic Technicians, qualified with NVQ Level 3 in light vehicle maintenance and repair, or equivalent. Any additional qualifications such as MOT Smart Card and ATA Accreditation will be an advantage.

Our well respected Client, based in Colchester, Essex are currently looking to recruit an experienced and professional Assistant Centre Service Manager.
Reporting to the Centre Manager your key responsibilities will include:
* The day to day supervision of workshop staff to ensure provision of a quality service for all customers.
* To supervise the allocation and completion of work and to ensure that the quality control system is applied to every job completed in the centre.

Immediate opportunities for HNC/ONC qualified Toolmakers based in Cannock.

Duties will include;

Maintenance and repair of single stage and progression press tooling.

Carrying out repairs in press and daily diagnosis with a view to ensuring presses can run with as little impact on production as possible.

Use of all conventional toolroom equipment to include lathes, milling machines, grinders, mig tig and arc welding, and a full range of bench fitting and hand finishing techniques.
