To work as part of an integrated production team and be responsible for setting up and operating a variety of CNC and manual machine tools to manufacture low volume precision metal and plastic parts in accordance with production build work packs and build schedules.
Duties
-Setting up and operating a range of machine and hand tools including 3-axis CNC vertical machining centre, 2-axis CNC and manual milling machines, 2-axis CNC and manual lathes, plus other general machine shop machines.
-Preparing CNC programmes from CAD data.
