You will assist the Supervisor to lead a production team to ensure that production areas are run in an efficient and cost effective manner.
The main purpose of the role being to utilise available resources to ensure production plans are achieved, and customer requirements are met, at the lowest possible cost, whilst maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

- Organise team members onto processes in line with workload schedules

You will be joining and working for a main dealer, so ideally you will come from a dealership background but this is not essential although you must be experienced in all aspects of HGV repair and maintenance.
