Prepper/Paint Sprayer East London (E6) Salary: £15ph- £20ph, depending on experience Hours: Monday to Friday- 8am to 6pm Our client Our client is a family- run bodyshop with over 30 years of experience within the vehicle body repair industry. Key Responsibilities: * Prepare vehicles for painting, which includes sanding, masking, filling, and other necessary pre-painting operations. * Select, match, and mix colours to achieve the perfect shade. * Apply primer and finishing coats, including selecting and mixing the correct paint or finish. * Tend to the paint spraying equipment, ensuring it is in good working order and maintained to a high standard. * Keeping the work area clean and tidy and following health and safety guidelines diligently. About you… * Proven experience as a Prepper/Paint Sprayer within the automotive industry. * A keen eye for detail and high standards of work. * NVQ level 3 in Vehicle Painting or equivalent qualification is highly desirable. * Ability to work efficiently and handle multiple tasks in a busy work environment. * A positive attitude and the ability to work as part of a team. * Knowledge of the latest painting methods would be advantageous.
