Forklift, Reach Truck and Counterbalance Operator for Motorcycle Operations - Sywell SCH is responsible for the final mile delivery of motorcycles for a number of manufacturers. This activity is expanding which is why we are looking to increase our team. Working Days/ Hours: - Monday – Friday with Fully Flexible Working Rules Responsibilities: To be part of the FLT team in the processing and movement of motorcycles before and after technical work. To set the standard and be part of the team who are responsible for the unpackaging and packing of motorcycles. A hands on approach is essential in this role, and you must hold current Counterbalance and Reach FLT licenses. Communicate with the warehouse team to ensure the required motorcycle volumes are called forward and allocated to the workshop Follow safety protocols and guidelines while operating the forklift Inspect and maintain the forklift equipment Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow Perform general duties as needed Unpack and repack motorcycles Ensuring all stakeholder requirements are met Reporting any damage Skills: Must be proficient in operating a forklift and familiar with various types of forklifts, Reach Truck and Counterbalance.
