Due to continued growth they are looking to recruit a General Manager role on a permanent basis. This role would be ideal for anyone with strong leadership skills who wants to progress their career to the next level with a household name in the Motor Trade industry. Key Responsibilities: * Responsible for the day to day running of the dealership * Reporting to the Operations Director. * You will drive performance in all departments to achieve manufacturer and business related targets. * You will be responsible for maximising the profitability of the dealership while still achieving customer service and retention objectives. Candidate Expectations: * A thorough knowledge of all areas of a franchised motor retailer with a proven track record at a managerial level; * Excellent leadership skills; * The ability to effectively communicate at all levels; * Business and financial acumen; * Planning and organisational skills; * A flexible and adaptable approach; * A full UK driving licence.
