Mechanical Engineer required in Leeds Role: Mechanical Engineer (Driveline) Location: Leeds, West Yorkshire Type: Full-Time, permanent Hours: Mon-Thu 8am - 4.45pm; Friday 8am-12.30pm We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Engineer to design and develop driveline systems for bus and light commercial vehicle applications. The role will be primarily based from the Manufacturing premises but may involve remote working. Requirements: Degree-level education within an engineering topic (Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering); 2 years' minimum experience in a commercial or passenger vehicle driveline engineering role; CAD experience, 3D drawing, creation and modification (Solidworks, Catia preferred); Desirable skills / experience: Self-motivated; Can make balanced decisions; Excellent communication skills; Proficient in generating and presenting technical material in a concise manner.
