Panel Beater - Croydon

Hours: Monday to Friday, either 8:00am-5:00pm or 9:00am-6:00pm

Pay Rate: £17-£22 per hour (DOE)

Job Overview

We're looking for an experienced Panel Beater to join a professional automotive bodyshop in Croydon. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled individual to join an established team, carrying out high-quality vehicle body repairs and ensuring vehicles are restored to the required standards.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out panel beating and vehicle body repairs to a high standard

Repair and replace damaged body panels and vehicle components

Assess vehicle damage and determine the appropriate repair methods

Use workshop tools and equipment safely and efficiently

Ensure all repairs meet quality and safety standards

Work alongside other technicians to ensure efficient vehicle turnaround

Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment

About You

Previous experience working as a Panel Beater within an automotive bodyshop

Strong knowledge of vehicle body repair techniques

Confident using workshop tools and equipment

Own tools are essential

Paint spraying experience would be a significant advantage

Good attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work

Reliable, organised and able to work independently as part of a team
