A well-established manufacturing business is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee facilities operations, maintenance activities and infrastructure across 2 company sites. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for ensuring a safe, efficient and compliant working environment that supports business operations.

Main Duties Facilities Manager

Develop and support a facilities team, driving performance and continuous improvement.

Manage planned preventative maintenance (PPM) schedules and reactive maintenance activities.

Ensure plant, equipment and infrastructure are maintained in line with operational, legal and safety requirements.

Coordinate contractors, permits and site works.

Manage utilities, site services and infrastructure projects.

Oversee facilities and maintenance budgets.

Support audits, inspections and statutory compliance activities.

Act as the primary facilities contact for operational stakeholders across the business.

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the following: Facilities Manager

Proven Facilities Management experience within a manufacturing, engineering or industrial environment.

Strong knowledge of maintenance planning, TPM and statutory compliance requirements.

Practical maintenance and troubleshooting expertise.

Experience managing contractors, service providers and budgets.

Continuous Improvement experience, with the ability to drive efficiencies and process improvements.

Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.

Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.

Flexible and willing to travel between sites when required.
