You will be in charge of coordinating a team of mobile technicians out in the field. You will be liaising with Customers and mobile technicians, so must be able to understand and explain technical issues to the mobile technicians in the field. You must be able to effectively communicate with a number of different people / departments.

Duties for this position will include the fitting, inspection, testing, changing and repairing of tyres, as well as checking wheel alignments and providing support to the rest of the service team. You will also be dealing with customers, telephone sales, basic admin and PC/ internet.
