An Initiative to Help Colleges Find Jobs for Automotive Students - 10th March 2021

Every year, around 10,000 Level 1 to 3 automotive students are lost to the automotive industry after qualifying because they struggle to secure a role. Couple this with the fact that investment in future technicians has significantly dropped, particularly during the pandemic, the industry is reaching a critical point.

Colleges are struggling to find opportunities for their students to secure their first automotive role. Conversely, the industry is struggling to fill vacant positions as they do not have the time to appoint and equip college leavers with the relevant training and experience. This webinar will address why this is happening, what colleges can do to improve placement rates and how Autotech Academy can help colleges across the UK to find meaningful employment for qualified leavers with no financial outlay on the part of colleges.

This webinar will be of interest to those within the Automotive Department of colleges that deliver any course relating to the automotive industry, Heads of Faculty, Heads of automotive department, automotive lecturers and college Senior Management Teams.
