You will be in charge of coordinating a team of mobile technicians out in the field. You will be liaising with Customers and mobile technicians, so must be able to understand and explain technical issues to the mobile technicians in the field. You must be able to effectively communicate with a number of different people / departments.

A Vehicle Technician has technical knowledge and a professional attitude, they are able to work to efficiency/productivity targets, run diagnostics, resolve faults, suggest and make improvements. As a Technician you will support other Technicians in this busy environment and you will have the support of the brand to ensure that their knowledge and skills are up to date.
