The job will involve:
Liaise with Operations Manager and Transport Manager to prioritise for sales order distribution
Loading of vehicles
Delivering products on time to customers satisfaction
Inspect and maintain vehicle to company standard
Obey traffic laws and regulations.
Verify the contents of loads against shipping papers

The HGV Technician will carry out maintenance, servicing and overhauling of commercial vehicles and the successful candidate must demonstrate the ability to work to the high standards set by my client.
A qualification in heavy vehicle engineering (City and Guilds or NVQ).
The position will be based within the Production Design Studio and the successful candidate will report to a Colour & Materials Production Design Manager. The key responsibilities for the role include: Responsibility for Selection, development and application of interior/exterior colours, decorative materials and finishes. Manage a multitude of varied projects, influence their design direction with a high degree of technical knowledge, creativity and flair.

This is a full time permanent role working Monday to Friday and Saturday mornings on a rota basis.

Operating in a cross-functional organisation, the engineer will be seconded to a module team, but reside within their functional team; daily leadership will come from the programme lead engineer.
