Job Specification:

My clients are a high profile car dealership based in Exeter. They have an urgent requirement for an approved Vehicle Technician. The ideal candidate will also be a MOT Tester but that is not an essential requirement. This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly successful company in a full time permanent role

To provide a generalist service to front line managers on HR Policies and Procedures

* Ensure that Line Managers are supported in Absence Management and govern the supporting policy and procedure to remain in target.

* To support with Case Management on difficult Absence issues in line with provisions outlined within the Equality Act 2010

* To provide advice and guidance to Line Managers on all HR processes including and any legislative changes.
