The Role:
To manage and implement changes necessary to affect quality improvements. To ensure that all aspects of quality are designed to suit company and customer requirements and meet legislative requirements. To motivate staff and other employees to obtain best results.

To work under a Workshop Foreman and alongside other Qualified Technicians and apprentices, you will be carrying out day to day repairs and general servicing on a fleet of of Refuse Vehicles / Dustcarts and a small number of Mercedes Sprinter vans to the highest standards. You will be able to carry out 6 weekly safety inspection to VOSA standards and prepare vehicles to present for MOT’s.
