As a Wood Associate you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality is met for all wood shop processes.

As a warranty administrator the main purpose of the role is to assist in controlling the Warranty Function and to ensure the Warranty Department performs to the required standard, the Groups warranty administration is managed accurately and in a timely manner in line with the Companys policies and procedures.
Experienced Automotive Service/Aftersales Advisor required to join a busy and popular prestige franchised site in North East London. To be the successful candidate you MUST have previous experience in a similar role within the motor trade either at a franchised, bodyshop or independent site. You will have good communication skills and a clear telephone manner so that you are easily able to liaise between the customer and the Workshop, dealing with the invoices and taking payments. You must have great customer service skills and a full UK driving licence.

The position entails checking and inspecting new and end of lease cars , which in the main are company car users within the group, which is one the leading premier car manufacturers in Europe.
The successful candidate will have had a background in the motor industry with a working knowledge of Panel and paint repairs plus body shop experience.
