Role Purpose: To prepare various substrate including aluminium composite and polycarbonate for the purpose of paint spray
•Key Authorities and Responsibilities:
•To prepare composite parts using various fillers to a high standard
•Able to hand rout product (various shapes)
•Able to use various pneumatic tools (i.e. sanders, drills, routers)
•Ability to record information
* Prep and mask up vehicles
* Paint vehicles and vehicle parts
* Prepare paint materials and equipment
* Check colour and mix paint
* Mask up and primer repaired and new panels when required
* Carry out quality control checks on painted/repainted vehicles
Essential Competencies:
* Previous experience in Bodyshop repair and paint
* Ability to work on own initiative with minimal supervision

Our client is a recycling operation and this job will involve moving heavy bales of product and anything else that the site requires therefore previous experience working in a recycling plant would be a distinct advantage
