Our client, are a independent garage based in Maldon, Essex who are currently looking to recruit an experienced Vehicle Technician.

Vehicle Technician Job Role

To join the busy workshop team and carry out motor vehicle servicing and repairs to industry approved standards.

Vehicle Technician Responsibilities

LCV/HGV Fitter
Location: Thetford
Salary: £12 per hour
Hours: 8am to 5:30pm
Days: Monday to Friday
Overtime: Paid at an increased rate.

My client, a specialist commercial vehicle service, maintenance and repair business is actively seeking to recruit a full skilled, experienced and fully qualified LCV/HGV Fitter.

You will previous experience working as a Recovery driver, HGV Driver preferably in an accident repair environment, and be a strong team player with self-motivation.

You must have:

- Clean driving License

Vehicle MET Technician - Nationwide DWS

Brooklands

Full time/ Permanent

You may currently be working as a Stripper & Fitter, MET technician, Mechanical, Electrical & Trim Technician, Strip Fit Technician, or a Mechanic within a bodyshop or accident repair environment.

You must have:

- An NVQ level qualification or be a time served technician

- Over 125% efficiency

Desirable:

- A minimum of two years experience in the industry

- ATA accredited- preferable
