We are looking to recruit a motor trade Parts Telesales Advisor for our client, a car main dealer in the Birmingham area of the West Midlands.
We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client, a multi franchised, main dealer in Birmingham, for a Parts Telesales Advisor to join their busy call centre team taking parts enquiries over the phone from trade and retail customers, ordering stock and arranging deliveries.
Due to continuing business success and growth we now have a fantastic opportunity available for a Workshop Controller to join the service team at our sucsesful dealership in Buckinghamshire.
The main purpose of the role is to accurately and effectively control the flow of work through the Accident Repair Centre ensuring jobs are completed within the required timescales to the specified standards.
Workshop Controller key responsibilities:
To ensure customer requirements are fully understood and communicated in an effective manner to other members of the department
